Kinkster is a social network that is built on freedom of speech, expression and information exchange. Allowing adults the ability to share their experiences and stories without censorship or judgment is an important element of this and any other social network. We want everyone to enjoy being a part of this active community by communicating respectfully and looking out for one another. If used properly, Kinkster is an invaluable resource to providing an element of safety where one may not otherwise exist. In order for everyone to enjoy participating there must be some rules. Breaking the rules will result in either a temporary or permanent suspension of your account. We all like to have fun and sometimes that means talking trash, but let's have some common sense and be aware of how far is too far. Everyone here should be adults, and we expect you to act as such. Follow the rules when posting at all times, and report those who you see breaking them. Thanks!

1. You will not upload, post, discuss, request, or link to anything that violates local or United States law.
2. You will immediately cease and not continue to access the site if you are under the age of 18.
3. The quality of posts is extremely important to this community. Contributors are encouraged to provide high-quality images and informative comments.
4. Submitting false or misclassified reports, or otherwise abusing the reporting system may result in a ban.
5. Evading your ban will result in a permanent one. Instead, wait and appeal it!
6. Spamming or flooding of any kind. No intentionally evading spam or post filters.
7. Advertising (all forms) is not welcome—this includes any type of referral linking, "offers", soliciting, begging, etc.
8. Impersonating a kinkster.org administrator, moderator, or janitor is strictly forbidden.
9. Email address must be valid.
10. The use of scrapers, bots, or other automated posting or downloading scripts is prohibited.
11. Do not upload images containing additional data such as embedded sounds, documents, archives, etc.
12. Kinkster Staff, Admins, and Moderators reserve the right to delete, suspend or ban any member and/or account without warning.
13. No posting of personal information about outer members.
14. Do not make personal drama public.
